Finalist materials required:

  1. A link to your corporate website to enable the readers to discover more about your products and services
  2. A jpeg or similar image of your company logo that will appear in the ITIJ, in the awards brochure and on the ITIJ website
  3. A short paragraph of around 150 words giving an overview of your company, its products and services.

These details will be posted on the ITIJ and ITIC websites on the awards pages. Please send these details by email AS SOON AS POSSIBLE or no later than 3rd October to denise@voyageur.co.uk. The details will appear on the websites, as well as in the awards brochure on the night.

  4. A 750-word article that states why your company deserves to win the award. This submission will be sent to the judging panel for their consideration, and must be made by Friday 7th October.
  5. We require you to produce a Windows Media Player presentation that lasts for 40 to 45 seconds. This should be in an advertisement format, with sound. This will be shown on the presentation screen at the awards ceremony on 3rd November. The deadline to receive this is 17th October, when it will be added to the main presentation loop. This then gives us time to work with you should there be any technical errors or amendments to format and style to be made.
  6. Please also advise us of the name of the representative from your company who will collect the award should you win. This person will attend a pre-dinner briefing (on the awards night) where all the presenters of awards, judges, finalists and editorial team will enjoy champagne and canapés to celebrate your success as finalists. Photographs will also be taken, these will appear in the awards supplement that accompanies ITIJ, and on the web. Each company will be sent copies for their own marketing purposes.
